A lot of people ask about the team size on the project, here's a summary thus far
Me, aka Greg or SlavicMagic - the core dev and only permanent studio member.
-I do all the programming so far and most art.
-Sometimes I use assets but not as often as some people think, I do love making my own art. I also edit, mix and mash assets together to make something new (especially sound design).
-I use photogrammetry (either my own or megascans) and mocap to make my life easier.
-I work in Unreal Engine 4 by Epic Games
Hooded Horse - game publisher. Handles marketing and stuff since 2022.
Friends & contractors:
Wojtek Fus - a good friend and a concept artist, made the promo art, logo and helps me with a lot of aesthetics. Together with 2 more friends (Kacper and Marcin) helped me record the newest Motion Capture.
Nicolas Esposito, Enter Reality - helped me record motion capture in the early days before Wojtek had the mocap suit. We ended up replacing those clips with our own since I hoped it will be easier than retargeting old rig to a new one and correcting all the bad offsets.
Eol - community member, one of few awesome people advising me on historical aspects, ended up concepting characters for ML to guide me for historical accuracy. Does sketches for banner designs too.
Nicole Raskin - Freelance artist, currenlty working on the banner designs
Monsterfish - community member, does symbols for the coat of arms creator
Jakob - community member, started from advising me on historical accuracy of architecture, then moved to drawing the designs to guide me. Lately started learning UE4 and helps me assemble the buildings within the engine.
Marcos G. Geymonat - character artist. Replaces my old character models (seen in first two trailers) with much better ones.
Julian Bauer - Illustrator, done some artworks for event notifications
Beata Krzywdzińska - concept artist friend, made the character portraits
JKM - community member, works on Discord bots and created feedback.manorlords.com
Remag - community member, friend, started this Discord
Giuseppe Sambito - retopology (ox)
Mohd Tausif - creature animation (ox), mocap cleaning
Voice actors (incl. the trailer voiceover) were all artists from Fiverr: petrus60, matthewtw, filmfinken, kabooka66, dummyman
